Directions (for a coffee enema)
Freshly grind 2 tablespoons of coffee beans in an Ultimate Chopper or a coffee grinder. Add the coffee powder to 1/2 quart purified water in a pan. Simmer for five to ten minutes. Then pour into a quart jar and add 1/2 quart more room-temperature purified
water (which will cool down the hot coffee). Wait until the mixture is lukewarm, then you may use it for an enema.
