Before and during exposure:
Take a total of 1 teaspoon of the Super Nano Green Tea 8oz liquid per day which contains important phytochecmials called polyphenols that have been shown to protect DNA from damage from harmful chemicals and radiation.
Take 6 capsules per day of XenoStat, Quantum 90Vcaps which contains high quality iodine from seaweeds. Iodine has been shown to prevent the radioactive material from being able to bind to anything in our bodies.
With these components in place, the radiation will pass through us, leaving our bodies unharmed. It is best to ensure that we have adequate levels BEFORE this fallout hits.
If already exposed without protection:
Add 1/8-1/4 t Zeo Mins 2oz Powder per day in addition to the products above for more advanced detoxification. It is safe for both children and adults (Kidney Support Highly Advised when taking Zeo Mins)
Supporting the kidneys is a good idea as they are the organs that most easily get overwhelmed by toxicity and have to clear the toxins from the blood. Check out Kidney Complex, Quantum 60vcap .
As always remember the basics. A body that has sufficient alkaline minerals has more protection from harmful toxins being able to penetrate the cells. Check out The First Step To Great Health!
Eating a diet that is enlivening is a good idea so that the body can be stronger to face toxicity and more ready to easily detoxify:
- Eat foods high in B-vitamins, calcium, and iron, such as almonds, beans, whole grains (if no allergy), dark leafy greens (such as spinach and kale) and sea vegetables.
- Miso which is said to be protective for those exposed to radiation. Find one that is high quality fermented.
- Eat seaweeds such as dulse, kelp, and wakame which provide important iodine. The more the better.
- Eat cruciferous vegetables (such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower), for antioxidant support.
- Eat antioxidant rich fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, oranges, organic raisins.
- Avoid refined foods, such as white breads, pastas, and sugar which are clogging.
- Eat fewer red meats and more lean meats, eggs, nuts, seeds or beans for protein.
- Use healthy raw oils, such as olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Reduce or eliminate trans-fatty acids, found in commercially baked goods such as cookies, crackers, cakes, French fries, onion rings, donuts, processed foods, and margarine.
